What will you be responsible for?

  • Client Engagement: Assist clients with their home and auto insurance needs. Answer coverage questions, offer personalized advice and complete policy modifications.
  • Client Follow-Up: Proactively reach out to clients regarding the renewal of their policies to ensure we are continuously offering a policy that best suits their needs at a competitive price.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively via phone, email, and SMS with clients to build trust. Deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Performance Review: Monitor personal performance and meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and add follow-up activities in our CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the customer service team to achieve team objectives. Participate in developing strategies to boost client retention and overall satisfaction.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends. Participate in training sessions and professional development activities.
  • Career Growth: Move towards a senior position in our insurance team or a team lead role after your first 2 years with us.

Do you have what it takes?

  • You have a valid AMF certification (bonus if you also have a valid RIBO certification!)
  • You have at least 2 years of as an insurance broker or agent
  • You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in customer service
  • You're proactive and have strong problem-solving skills
  • You have strong oral and written communication skills in French and English
  • You're a quick learner with an interest in technology
